Summer: "The last french-fried potato" is a poem and performance published by concrete poet Emmett Williams as part of the Great Bear Pamphlets. Relating to Lumi's sense of nostalgia as the year begins, "the last french-fried potato" reads like the banter and musing on resolutions made and hopes for the new year recited at the bar during the final hour of 2007.
