Nicholas: The Center for Tactical Magic's process/performance Free Occult Services is a nomadic ritual space that a member of the Center sets up in public. Individuals then participate in one of three magical activities designed to help them effect change. "Transformation" is the last; a DIY hex that flashes cartoon claws against modern-day monsters like insensitive governments. It also gently mocks the self-help culture of a culture that can't seem to help itself.
