I will keep thinking about this. Time frame: I think rather than it just being open ended, we build up the contest, get a ton of people involved and set a short period of time to complete your pages. I love the fact that we would be sponsoring a competition in an already competitive environment, and that we are using that site as a resource, yet not letting that site participate in the dialogue... some more thoughts…
