To move around the rooms: Click and drag with the mouse.

To trigger hidden video clips: Click on hidden hotspots on objects in the rooms.

You will know that you have found a hotspot as your cursor will change from an arrow to a hand. If you click here the movie will open in a small popup window.

To go to another room: Click on a door or a window.

You will know that you have found an exit as your cursor will change to an up arrow.

Use the control strip at the base of the room (see below) to:

(From L to R) Go back to last room, Zoom out, Zoom in, or Reveal hidden hotspots.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot view the panorama:

You may need to download the free quicktime plugin from apple:

If you cannot view the movies:

You may need to download the free real player basic 8 player from realnetworks.

If the movies are loading very slowly you should connect to the site using the medium or the slow entrance.

If the hot spots are not working

You need to wait for the whole movie to upload before the hotspots become active. Look at the status bar (at the base of the window) to see how much there is to load remaining.
