    I actually have tried this many times and none of my unsuspecting roommates have gotten pink eye yet. My research shows 0 cases of pink eye after sleeping on pillows that I personally farted on within 3 hours of them falling asleep. I have tested this 10 times. However it is possible that my farts do not contain chemical necc. to cause pink eye.

    LOL.

    I don't know what causes pink eye. Perhaps a bacteria. So farting on a pillow could send some fecal material onto the pillow which would contain some bacteria.

    Why would someone fart on your pillow?

    No, pinkeye is caused by a virus or a bacteria. If you farted on their pillow, all of the 'fart' which is just gases, would be long gone before they ever laid down.
