If I really have to use one in the US, I'll usually just pop in for a few minutes to check my email or get whatever done. When I'm traveling outside the country though, I might stay there for 2-3 hours.

    internet cafe's I don't really know... never been to one


    I stayed at a "web-hookup" in a hotel in texas for an hour or so

    ok, wasn't really a i-cafe, but it let me get inet
    while travelling ... room-raates justified themn
    giving it out for free

    and complimentary coffee
