Certificate of Association:
$100
A 8x10" certificate stating your affiliation with a black person.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover,
Amex). For drop-in/appearances, payment in full is due at time of confirmation.
Otherwise, a 50% deposit is due upon confirmation; with the remainder
to be paid upon arrival at event. Retainer services are paid quarterly.
Certificates of Association require 4-6 weeks
for delivery.

Retroactive
Billing If
you have received any of the above services prior to June 1, 2003, you
may receive a retroactive invoice for services rendered. You value your
reputation, so we know you want to resolve your outstanding debts.
Please attend to this bill in a timely fashion.
