LHOOQ

LHOOQ is an experimental performance art work created by the 2004 Theatre III Company, inspired by the life, art, and philosophy of Marcel Duchamp. It is a darkly hilarious, twistedly thought-provoking, and unabashedly naughty romp that uses classic works of the American Theatre as a springboard for outrageous reflections through a distinctly cracked glass. This show is a wild trip through an upside-down art gallery — a playful collage of scenes, songs, dances, and dramatic experiments that explore the fundamental relationship between Man and Woman, between the artist and the audience. Expect the unexpected!

This is a photo of a high school play about Marcel Duchamp written and performed by students of “Concord Academy”. This image always makes me smile. There are a bunch of strange photos in the gallery.

a pizza place named after a gay porn. . .not that I would know.

a great wikipedia entry on pizza delivery
imdb page for pizza boy: he delivers

William Jones is an LA artist who has been an archivest for Larry Flint for years. Alot of his work is made from splicing together the narrative elements of 70s gay porns to create short-films. I was watching his video “All Male Mash Up” and saw a clip of “Pizza Boy: He Delivers”. I was very suprised to see the same exact logo of my neighborhood pizza place used on the porno-pizza delivery boy’s uniform, car roof sign, and pizza box.

Well, excuuuuse me, princess

kittycatstar on YouTube:

Don’t ask, I just decided to combine Link’s infamous catchphrase from the 1989 Zelda American cartoon (NOT anime) into one clip. Although I was surprised how often he says it and there’s only 13 episodes in total!

Wow, Link was such a snotty little asshole in this show! I love all the different situations he’s in when he says it – my favorite is when he’s tied up by snakes. & the one where he’s invisible… via, link
