???

The plot thickens… youtube has recently replaced the “Arts and Animation” category with “Film and Animation”.

science and technology–who cares?
arts–lose it
news and blogs–let’s move blogs over to the “people” category and add politics to news
video games–add “gadgets” to that and drop the “video” part (yeah–”gadgets” can replace “science and technology”)
and why don’t we add a new category–”howto & DIY”? Cool!

Geniuses at work

YouTube should reduce it down to 3:

this is not quite related exactly, but it came to me while reading this post…
I would assume that many / most NastyNets posts are made at night. Can it be generalized that the best web surfing happens past 7PM??
I am sure there is a formal / technical means of satisfying this question, but the effort is currently beyond me

surfing the night away is a blast.. i think i tend to go on surf tangents while im working, which is during the day. actually looking at the nnets posting times, most are done around lunch time??? wacky (tho im not sure what time zone these refer to…)

NN is on PST, yes? makes sense, re: surfing…. and real big wave surfing is done in the dark… early morning or late at night, depending on how you look at it. or so they tell me… actually, i have no idea what i’m talking about.
