Scarier than the original! I think she’s hyping “Charlie Wilson’s War” this month. I saw a preview–ugh. Tom Hanks plays Wilson as some kind of hero for having the “genius” to arm the Afghan jihadis in the Soviet era. We all know how that worked out (WTC “kaboom”) but that doesn’t stop Hollywood liberals and their need for a good story. Here’s Molly Ivins’ take on the book.
