In an attempt to do something productive with my internet image addiction, I started a Flickr set called IMG_FAN. Now that there are over 500 images there, I thought I’d say something. Like…

i still have my img files from years and years ago, i just can’t delete them. looking at them all in thumbnail view sorted by date modified is like looking at the rings of a tree which is a metaphor for my soul, also a good chronology of the history of internet humor!!

Thanks, guys. Yeah, it’s funny to look back and see how these relate (directly or indirectly) to other projects I was working on at the time, or what memes I was seeing a lot of, or just what I was visually attracted to. It’s definitely “evolved,” since the beginning…
