danggg!!! y’all are so fast! look at this site i just found:

That was driving me crazy, i spent like an hour and half googlin tv_theme.mid files. I never watched ALf somehow so I was doomed for your challenge Marisa.

Now I have laverne and shirley’s theme stuck in my head and the new knowlegde that they evidently moved from Wisconsin to Hollywood at some point. Seems to parralel Joel’s life almost perfectly, right down to Squiggie moving in next door.

haha! squiggie is such an exceptional name for a person. i really luvvvv tv theme midis. i really love tv theme songs! i used to sing along to all my faves. (fresh prince of bel-air was hot. so was a different world, the cosby show spinoff. i was bummed every time they changed the cosby show one.) they all have such weird structures. this alf one is very bizarre, i think. how cool would it be to get to write a tv theme song? maybe that will be my big retirement plan.

such a jam

- Travis — 11/3/07 @ 10:30 am

oh man Trav remember when I did my Alf impression?

- kevin — 11/3/07 @ 11:55 am

yes

- Travis — 11/3/07 @ 3:28 pm

This exact midi used to be my ring tone a couple of years ago!

Talking about TV theme songs, I really think I would have watched that new Transformers movie IF they had used the original song!

PS pete,i changed the name of the file, so it wouldn’t tip people off immediately.

it’s so amazing to me that you never saw alf!
