TIGHT! This reminds me that i have yet to buy Snapz Pro X. I think Ive made new OSX user accounts every 2 weeks for the past 2 years to get around the trial period. A MFA student with downs syndrome once asked me “how to i make it so that the dotted ants are still moving around the box”. After a good 15 minutes of confusion i realized he was trying to do just this.

I found this new free jam joel, it works really well but you are stuck with standard sized windows. 640 x480, 1024×768

its a java screen cap app, with sound recording.

it watermarks the first few seconds with their logo, but you can edit it out.
it dumps striaght to an .mov file with decent compression.

snapsz is better though..
