i can’t really explain myself, but since March I’ve been taking screenshots of bulletins and general messages from Tom on Myspace… I guess im fascinated by how he addresses 210,927,795 people (his friend count) so casually, and so…stupidly? (as though he’s just another user?).. im also wondering if any of these announcements are still actually written by the real Tom? dunno, it creeps me out.. he’s constantly talking about fixing bugs in the software and prosecuting spammers, and assuring everyone that everything is ok
check it out (the second paragraph of this one is my favorite :] )

Supposedly he lies about his age (he’s 5 years older)

The whole idea of movies “sponsoring” new (trivial) functionality is very annoying too:

On Saturday night I used Fandango to purchase the tickets for the movie Michael Clayton.
Then on Sunday, I looked at my Facebook feed and saw this:
“Ari bought Michael Clayton on Fandango. 5:25PM”
